Ask about the diagnosis fee, estimated turnaround, whether parts are original or aftermarket, and whether the work includes a warranty. Keep the estimate and invoice on file in case you need to claim through insurance or return a part. For roadside service, have your exact GPS location ready and confirm whether the vehicle can still roll — that determines whether a flatbed is required.
