    By accessing and using PuraCars, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Use License

    Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on PuraCars for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

    Under this license you may not:

    • Modify or copy the materials
    • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
    • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
    • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

    3. User Accounts

    Service providers are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, services offered, and pricing. PuraCars does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.

    • Posting false, inaccurate, or misleading information
    • Impersonating another person or entity
    • Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
    • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
    • Attempting to interfere with the platform's operation

    The materials on PuraCars are provided on an 'as is' basis. PuraCars makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

    7. Limitations

    In no event shall PuraCars or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PuraCars.

    8. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
